Feeling CRAFTy

I was thrilled when Jo asked me to be a guest designer at the C.R.A.F.T Challenge blog in November. Weekly challenges are posted every Thursday, and there are some lovely sponsored prizes too.

Challenge 75 is all about dry embossing, and is sponsored by Hope Jacare. Here's my contribution:

I used Cuttlebug 'Spots and Dots' EF - this was the first embossing folder I ever purchased and I love how versatile it is.

  3. Hey Karen,

Love the cards! Thanks for stopping by my blog. The daughter I was complaining about into my stuff is almost 3. My 6 year old has some scrappy stuff, I won't use, or just some scraps and things. Maybe next time I'll have to pull out her stuff for Syd, then maybe I can get more done!

  5. Hi Karen!
Thanks for visiting my blog! Appreciate it. The embossing pattern is a premade paper i bought from my local craftstore. I don`t have a die-cutting system, so i just have to do things in a more difficult way. I am wishing for a big shot for christmas though:-)Have a nice weekend! Hugs...Mona

  6. Hi Karen, I thought I was a follower of your blog a long time ago, then I realized I wasn't - oops! Anyway, just wanted to tell you I finished reading "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time", and you were right, it was an excellent read! Somebody gave it to us years ago, and I can't believe it took me that long to read it. I worked for a school year with three autistic kids, and I wish I would have read it during or before that time as it probably would've helped me a lot. Anyway, shouldn't ramble on! Love this card and all your art work!
