Stanthorpe, 2013

Skipping back to some 2013 photographs, and our girls' trip to Stanthorpe...

I really loved this photograph and I wanted to make a layout that was a little bit girly:

Materials
Cocoa Vanilla Sugar & Spice - Perfect Posies patterned paper
Cocoa Vanilla Wild at Heart wood veneer title
Bazzill Basics Smoothies - Blackberry Swirl cardstock
Stencil Girl Inky Circles 6x6 stencil
Kaisercolour Candy acrylic paint
Pink satin flowers (unknown brand)
Polka dot buttons
Green Tara 2.5cm Petals - Batik Green paper flower
Kaisercraft 2cm Sky Blue paper flowers

I'm joining in at:

* Scrap Boutique ~ Tic Tac Toe
STENCIL + BUTTONS + WOOD VENEER

* Mixed Media Monthly ~ Buttons

* Stamplorations ~ Stencil Sunday
I used a Stencil Girl stencil, with texture paste tinted with acrylic paint.

This double page layout was created for the Soul Scrappers Quest challenge.  Participants were sent a mystery packet of items to use, and a set of quotes to choose from.  I found this to be a HUGE challenge because I don't usually use a lot of "stuff" on my layouts.  All of the embellishments on the page are from the mystery packet.  I only added the cardstock, patterned paper, gesso and inks.  Click to enlarge, because there's a LOT of detail:

Materials
Kraft cardstock
K&Co Blue Awning patterned paper
Ranger Tim Holtz - Bundled Sage distress ink
Ranger Tim Hotlz - Chipped Sapphire distress ink
Imagine Craft CM - Metallic Gold creative medium
My Memories Butterfly punch
